When The Aliens Show Up Will They Speak English To Us?

When the aliens show up and reveal themselves to us, will they speak English? Or any human language?
Will they take the time to figure out how to communicate with us before revealing themselves?
Some say they are already here and can communicate telepathically. Is that with aid of some sort of technology? I mean with the right brain implants we could stream YouTube right into our brains. Why not messages from aliens? Or maybe telepathy is an organic feature of the mind that many have not figured out how to use yet?
If aliens showed up at your door, what would you do? If they spoke English what would you ask? Would you trust them? If they didn’t speak at all, what would you do? Do you have a plan?
Does anyone have a real plan?
Now what would we do if we got to a planet with life that appears intelligent enough to communicate? Would we just observe? Would we attempt communication? If they looked weak would we grab them? Is there a plan? What’s the plan?
