I discovered some hard truths about Medium. It has been almost one year since I started Medium.
My first month on Medium I had 100 followers. I got 350 reads. I made: $37.49.
My last month on Medium (June 2024) I had 1.4K followers. I got 210 reads. I made $21.52
Not exactly progress.
There were some good months. In December of 2023 one of my filler stories got 8.6K reads. I made a few hundred dollars.
In February one of my stories got boosted. That month I got 900 reads.
